London Metropolitan University, with the International Food Design Society, is pleased to introduce the International Conference on Designing Food and Designing For Food which aims at providing a forum for the presentation and discussion of research on fundamental aspects of Food Design across all domains of application, including food product design, design with food, food packaging, food design history, food engineering, interior design for food, food system design, etc.
The conference encourages researchers and academics to submit abstracts for a 30 minutes PAPER presentations and students to submit abstracts to display POSTERS summarizing their work.
The conference also proposes a special session for designers who can exhibit a model or prototype of their PROJECTS and present their work in a 15 minute presentations.
