The International Conference on Designing Food and Designing for Food promotes contributions from academia as well as industry. The conference welcomes all those interested in the area of food design, for instance:
• Academics, researchers and PhD students working in the Food Design field: e.g. design for food, food product design, food engineering, interior design for food, emotional (food) design.
• Academics, researchers and PhD students working in related disciplines, e.g., design, consumer behaviour, marketing, food science, and psychology, hotel management.
• Designers who want to show and discuss their work in an heterogeneous environment of professionals and academics where discussion and constructive critiques are encouraged.
• Professionals and managers working in Food Design, food engineering, food product development and related areas.
• National and regional development agencies and governmental bodies.
